Choose between Hillside and Railside Private Tents, with options for groups of 30 to 100 guests. Each offers a different location and hospitality experience.

What Private Tent Hosts Should Know

The primary differences are location and food and beverage options.
Hillside Private Tents are located outside the racecourse on the hillside near the Box Seats. Catering and bartending services through the Iroquois Steeplechase are required and purchased separately.
Railside Private Tents are located inside the racecourse in the infield along the rail. Railside hosts may bring their own food and beverages or purchase catering and bartending services through the Iroquois Steeplechase.

Yes. Each Private Tent package includes Race Day admission for the number of guests included with your selected tent.

Yes. Private Tent packages include parking passes. The number of passes and parking location vary by package.
Additional parking may be available for purchase, subject to availability.

Yes. Private Tent packages include tables, chairs, linens and fencing surrounding your hospitality area. The number of tables and chairs included varies based on the tent size and guest capacity you select.
Additional furniture and rentals, including lounge furniture, extra tables and chairs, upgraded linens, flooring and décor, may be available through our Hospitality Concierge.

No. Food and beverages are not included in the base Private Tent price.
Hillside: Iroquois Steeplechase catering and bartending services are required and purchased separately.

Yes. Power is provided with your Private Tent. If you have specific electrical needs for catering, entertainment, décor or other equipment, please contact our Hospitality Concierge in advance to confirm requirements.

Corporate branding, signage and promotional materials that can be seen outside of your tent are permitted only for official Iroquois Steeplechase sponsors.
You are allowed to have branding discreetly inside the tent structure.
