Box Rentals - (Rent/View One-Year Rentals)
Current Box Holders who cannot attend may offer their Box for a one-year rental.
One-year rentals are open to anyone interested in experiencing Box Seats and do not require you to be a current Box Holder or on the waitlist. Availability is limited and varies each year.

From your Box, you can watch the races, explore the Iroquois Shoppes and experiences throughout the grounds, or enhance your day with optional dining, beverage and shaded hospitality experiences available exclusively to Box Seat guests.

Your Box Seat provides your admission and reserved seating for Race Day. If you'd like to add food, beverages or access to shaded hospitality, choose from the optional experiences below.
Hospitality purchases do not include admission to the event. Each guest must also have a valid Box Seat Admission ticket.
Iroquois Society
For those seeking an elevated experience, the Iroquois Society offers upscale hospitality with a full-service bar and a variety of gourmet food options. Guests will enjoy a rotating selection of inspired luncheon fare and mid-day snacks in a refined, casual atmosphere under the venue’s cool shade. Guests have an option to purchase a reserved table with amazing views from the top of the hill for 8-10 guests while quantities last.

Paddock Club
Enhance your race day with the Paddock Club, featuring all day hospitality and a full-service bar offering liquor, wine, beer, and soft drinks. Perched at the highest point of the venue, it provides stunning views of the grounds.

Turf Tavern
Pre-Order lunch for pickup at the Turf Tavern on race day.
Pre-order a premium boxed lunch for convenient pick-up at the Turf Tavern, located at the base of the hillside near the box seat entrance. Each meal is packaged for easy transport back to your seat.
All Box Seat guests may purchase drinks throughout the day from the Turf Tavern’s cash bar.

What Box Seat Guests Should Know

Yes. When a current Box Holder is unable to attend, they may make their Box available for a one-year rental. Availability varies each year and is not guaranteed. A one-year rental does not include future renewal rights to the Box.

You may make your Box available for a one-year rental while retaining your opportunity to renew the Box for the following year.

Box Seats include admission for 8–12 guests, depending on the size of your Box. Check your ticketing account for the capacity of your specific Box.

Yes. Each Box Seat package includes two parking passes: one for Box Holder Parking A and one for Box Holder Parking B. Additional parking may be available for purchase in Premium Parking or Valet, subject to availability.

Box Seats are outdoors and are not covered. If you would like access to shade during Race Day, consider adding the Iroquois Society or Paddock Club hospitality experience to your Box Seat.

Food is not included with the standard Box Seat package. Box Seat guests have several options: bring permitted food, pre-order a Turf Tavern Lunch, or add the Iroquois Society or Paddock Club for food, beverages and shaded hospitality.

Box Seat guests have access to the Turf Tavern cash bar throughout Race Day. Guests who purchase Iroquois Society or Paddock Club access also receive beverages as part of those hospitality experiences.

No. The Iroquois Society and Paddock Club are hospitality add-ons available exclusively to Box Seat guests. Each person entering either hospitality area must also have a valid Box Seat admission ticket.

Yes. Box Seat guests have access to premium restroom facilities conveniently located near the Box Seat area.

Your Box Seat tickets and parking passes are available through your ticketing account. Parking passes must be printed before you arrive at the gates, so please print them before leaving home.
