Box Seat Rental Assistance
Each year, a limited number of box seats become available due to schedule changes or ownership transitions. When possible, the Iroquois Steeplechase team can assist in facilitating one-year box seat rentals—either for current owners who are unable to attend or for those interested in renting a box without a long-term commitment. Availability is limited and varies year to year.

For Box Seat Owners
If you are a current box seat owner and cannot attend this year’s race, you may choose to make your box available for a one-year rental. This option allows another guest to enjoy the race-day experience while you retain full ownership of your box seat. All rentals are ha ndled on a one-year basis and subject to availability.
For Prospective Renters
For guests on the waitlist—or those interested in experiencing box seating without permanent ownership—a limited number of one-year box seat rentals may be available. This provides access to one of the most sought-after viewing areas on race day, without a long-term obligation. Availability is limited.
