From elegant brunches and corporate gatherings to family celebrations and friends gathering year after year, tailgating offers a unique way to enjoy world-class steeplechase racing in the beautiful setting of Percy Warner Park.
Choose the location that best fits your group, bring your favorite food and beverages, and spend the day enjoying racing, live entertainment, shopping, and the unforgettable atmosphere that has made the Iroquois Steeplechase a tradition for generations.
You don't need to park a vehicle to enjoy a tailgating space. Guests are welcome to walk into their reserved location and create their own Race Day experience.

Every Tailgating Reservation Includes
A reserved tailgating space for the day that includes one vehicle admission ticket
Individual Admission tickets (quantity varies by location) and 1 complimentary designated driver admission ticket
The option to purchase a Tailgating Equipment Rental Package (limited availability)
Bring your own food and beverages
Access to food trucks and Turf Tavern locations throughout the grounds
Convenient portable restrooms located throughout the racecourse
The option to leave your vehicle overnight and retrieve it the following day.

Good to Know: Centerfield has a more energetic, college-aged atmosphere. Families with young children may prefer Topside, Midfield, or the Family Area.

Returning Tailgaters
Returning tailgating guests enjoy priority renewal each year during the annual renewal period, giving them the opportunity to keep their favorite location before any remaining spaces are released to the public.
