The 30-Guest Railside Private Tent gives your group a dedicated space in the infield along the rail, with convenient parking nearby and the flexibility to create your own food and beverage experience.

Your Railside Private Tent includes Race Day admission for your selected guest capacity, a private tent, round and rectangular tables with linens, padded chairs, fencing surrounding your hospitality area, Race Day programs, access to premium restrooms and 10 parking passes in Railside Parking.
Tent size and the number of tables and chairs vary by package and are detailed above.

No. Food and beverages are not included in the base Private Tent price.
Hosts may bring their own food and beverages or purchase catering and bartending services through the Iroquois Steeplechase.

Yes. Railside hosts have the flexibility to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages.
You may also arrange catering and bar service or use a combination of available services. If bringing alcohol, Race Day alcohol policies apply, including no glassware other than liquor and wine bottles, and alcohol may not be sold.

Railside gives you the flexibility to control your food and beverage costs. You may bring your own food and beverages or purchase catering and bar service.
If you choose catered food and full bar service, we recommend budgeting approximately $100–$175 per guest for planning purposes. Actual costs will vary based on your menu, beverage selections and service needs.
