Iroquois Steeplechase Expands Roles of TriStar Production Group and Half Full Events

As preparations begin for the 86th Iroquois Steeplechase on May 8, 2027, two longtime event partners will take on expanded roles in the planning and production of race day.

TriStar Production Group, led by Jason Rittenberry, will expand its role in production and site operations. The team will work alongside Iroquois Steeplechase leadership on master site planning, infrastructure coordination, security and traffic planning, permitting, vendor coordination and event-week execution at Percy Warner Park.

Half Full Events, led by Candace Price, will take on an expanded role in hospitality and guest experience. Their responsibilities will include beverage operations, hospitality staffing, Vendor Shoppes and food trucks, volunteer coordination and additional event-day support.

Both organizations have worked with Iroquois Steeplechase for several years, making the expanded roles a continuation of established relationships.

“With a small internal team, we rely heavily on our event partners to become an extension of us,” said Autumn Eklond, Chief Marketing Officer of Iroquois Steeplechase. “Jason, Candace and their teams already know our event, understand how we work and care about the experience we create for our guests. We’re excited to have both teams even more involved as we prepare for 2027.”

The expanded partnerships are part of the ongoing planning for the 86th Iroquois Steeplechase, set for Saturday, May 8, 2027, at Percy Warner Park in Nashville.
