  • 24” x 24” sign with company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (2) 60” round tables, (2) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 20 chairs

  • Includes 20 armbands, and up to 20 additional guests may be added at $250 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 12 Vaughn Road Lot T parking passes

  • Other incidentals: Race programs, two trash cans with liners
