Tents In The Turn

Entertain in tented luxury, and leave the details to us. Located inside the track, rail-side, with plenty of room for cornhole boards and fun! Tents can accommodate groups of 20, up to 130 guests. There are four package options that scale in price.

Chairman’s Tent (100 to 130 Guests)

Investment: $10,000+

  • A 20’ x 40’ tent with 3 sides, rail-side patio and private entrance, located inside the track

  • 18” x 24” sign featuring your company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (10) 60” round tables, (6) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables without linens (please provide your own), and 100 chairs

  • Includes 100 armbands, and up to 30 additional guests may be added at $100 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 50 Lot T parking passes

  • Other incidentals: race programs, two trash cans with liners

Executive's Tent

Investment: $6,500 (65 to 95 Guests)

  • (6) 60” round tables, (4) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables without linens (please provide your own), and 65 chairs

  • Includes 65 armbands, and up to 30 additional guests may be added at $125 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 30 Lot T parking passes

  • Includes 30 armbands, and up to 20 additional guests may be added at $125 each

Hospitality Village

Entertain in tented luxury, and leave the details to us! Located on the hill overlooking the track, Hospitality Village is adjacent to the Box Seats. Secured areas can accommodate groups of 20, up to 140 guests. There are three package options, scaling in price. 

Chairman's Tent (80 to 120 Guests)

Investment: $12,000+

  • A 20’ x 40’ tent with 3 sides, rail-side patio and private entrance, located hillside 

  • 18” x 24” sign featuring your company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (6) 60” round tables, (4) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables without linens (please provide your own) and 80 chairs

  • Includes 80 armbands, and up to 40 additional guests may be added at $100 each

  • Includes 40 Lot S parking passes

Executive's Tent (50 to 80 Guests)

Skybox Suites

 
 

Each suite includes a climate-controlled environment with panoramic windows, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, wet bars, a private bathroom and more. Spanning the top of each suite is a private, covered patio area with tables and chairs for additional views of the track. Easy access and parking, closed circuit monitors, catering packages and many upscale amenities and options are available. 

For the first time ever, we are offering a limited number of individual seat reservations in our beautiful Skybox Suites! The ticket price of $750 includes all-day gourmet food and beverage service, and premium parking. The first 50 Skybox Suite tickets sold will include access to the Iroquois Society tent located behind our sold-out box seat section!
