The Iroquois Steeplechase has several premium areas for VIP groups in large numbers who want to enjoy the Iroquois Steeplechase. See below for our Hospitality Village, Tents in the Turn and Skybox Suites options, which allow you to entertain in tented luxury!

Tents In The Turn

Entertain in tented luxury, and leave the details to us. Located inside the track, rail-side, with plenty of room for cornhole boards and fun! Tents can accommodates groups of 20, up to 140 guests. There are three package options that scale in price.

Chairman’s Tent (100 to 130 Guests)

Investment: $10,000+

  • A 20’ x 40’ tent with 3 sides, rail-side patio and private entrance located on inside of track

  • 24” x 24” sign featuring your company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (5) 60” round tables, (6) 8” x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 100 chairs

  • 40 Chairs

  • Includes 100 armbands, and up to 30 additional guests may be added at $100 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 50 Vaughn Road Lot T parking passes

  • Other incidentals: Race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc.

Executive's Tent

Investment: $6,500 (65 to 95 Guests)

  • A 20’ x 30’ tent with 3 sides, rail-side patio and private entrance located inside the track

  • 24” x 24” sign with company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (3) 60” round tables, (4) 8” x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 65 chairs

  • 24 Chairs

  • Includes 65 armbands, and up to 30 additional guests may be added at $125 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 30 Vaughn Road Lot T parking passes

  • Other incidentals: Race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc.

Director's Tent

Investment: $3,000 (30 to 50 Guests)

  • A 14’ x 14’ tent with 3 sides, rail-side patio and private entrance located inside the track

  • 24” x 24” sign with company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (2) 60” round tables, (2) 8” x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 30 chairs

  • 16 Chairs

  • Includes 30 armbands, and up to 20 additional guests may be added at $125 each

  • Includes 1 infield parking pass and 12 Vaughn Road Lot T parking passes

  • Other incidentals: Race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc.

2017 Hospitality Village Tents on Sale NOW!

Entertain in tented luxury, and leave the details to us! Located on the hill overlooking the track, Hospitality Village is adjacent to the Box Seats. Secured areas can accommodate groups of 20, up to 140 guests. There are three package options, scaling in price. 

Chairman's Tent (80 to 120 Guests)

Investment: $12,000+

  • A 20’ x 40’ tent that offers an action-packed area with an up-close view of the races and jumbotron 

  • 24” x 24” sign featuring your company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (5) 60” round tables, (4) 8” x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 100 chairs

  • 40 Chairs

  • Includes 80 armbands, and up to 40 additional guests may be added at $100 each

  • Includes 40 Vaughn Road Lot S parking passes

Skybox Suites

Each suite includes a climate-controlled environment with panoramic windows, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, wet bars, a private bathroom and more. Spanning the top of each suite is a private, covered patio area with tables and chairs for additional views of the track. Easy access and parking, closed circuit monitors, catering packages and many upscale amenities and options are available.
