Entertain in tented luxury, and leave the details to us! Located on the hill overlooking the track, Hospitality Village is adjacent to the Box Seats. Secured areas can accommodate groups of 20, up to 140 guests. There are three package options, scaling in price. 

Chairman's Tent (80 to 120 Guests)

Investment: $12,000+

  • A 20’ x 40’ tent that offers an action-packed area with an up-close view of the races and jumbotron 

  • 24” x 24” sign featuring your company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (5) 60” round tables, (4) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 100 chairs

  • 40 Chairs

  • Includes 80 armbands, and up to 40 additional guests may be added at $100 each

  • Includes 40 Vaughn Road Lot S parking passes

  • Other incidentals: race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc. 

Executive's Tent (50 to 80 Guests)

Investment: $8,000+ 

  • A 20’ x 30’ tent that offers an action-packed area with an up-close view of the races and jumbotron 

  • 24” x 24” sign with company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (3) 60” round tables, (3) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 65 chairs

  • 24 Chairs

  • Includes 50 armbands, and up to 30 additional guests may be added at $125 each

  • Includes 25 Vaughn Road Lot S parking passes

  • Other incidentals: race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc. 

Director's Tent (20 to 40 Guests)

Investment: $4,000+

  • A 14’ x 14’ tent that offers an action-packed area with an up-close view of the races and jumbotron 

  • 24” x 24” sign with company or event name at the entrance to the tent

  • (2) 60” round tables, (2) 8' x 30” food and beverage tables all with white linens, and 30 chairs

  • 16 chairs

  • Includes 20 armbands, and up to 20 additional guests may be added at $125 each

  • Includes 10 Vaughn Road Lot S parking passes

  • Other incidentals: race programs, two trash cans with liners, etc.

You are given 50 armbands. Additional armbands for the Executive's Tent are $125/person. The max is 30 extra armbands.
[OPTION THREE] DIRECTOR'S TENT :: $4,000
Armbands for 20 guests. Includes a 14'x14' tent, Two 60" round tables, Two 8'x30" tables, 16 chairs.
You are given 20 armbands. Additional armbands are $125/person. The max is 20 extra armbands.
